Revenue Operations manager

About this role
We are looking for an experienced hands-on Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to join our fast-growing team. As RevOps Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing our revenue operations processes and systems to drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and maximize revenue generation. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless alignment and integration of systems, data, and processes.
We are looking for someone who’s hands-on, eager to make an impact and wants to leverage our AI native platform to drive innovation and automation of different parts of the GTM engine. You want to innovate in how we leverage technology and AI to modernize the GTM systems and processes.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Serve as the primary owner for HubSpot and other revenue and marketing operations tools, ensuring optimal configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Develop and implement best practices for lead management, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to develop automated workflows, lead scoring models, and campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Conduct regular audits of data quality and system integrity, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Implement and track customer journey from OSS to commercial partnerships.
- Drive roadmap for leveraging AI to drive productivity.
What are we looking for?
- At least 5 years of experience in revenue operations (preferably in both sales and marketing) roles in a B2B software company.
- Experience with product-led sales, and have spent time in a (fast) growing startup environment.
- Experience with implementing scalable processes and driving revenue growth.
- Experience with various RevTech tools e.g. Hubspot Sales & Marketing Hub.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- You are a hands-on person, and you thrive in an action-oriented, fast paced, global environment, and you have the ability to ruthlessly prioritize.
