About this role
We’re looking for driven, curious, business minded and competitive sales executives who have a strong desire to help enterprise define their AI strategy. You value building relationships with key decision makers, and share our same enthusiasm for AI native infrastructure. You will use your knowledge and curiosity for the art of the possible, to act as a trusted advisor and business consultant to the customer, running the sales process end to end with them.This is a high-impact role where you will contribute directly to our mission of transforming how organizations interact with their data.
This is what you’ll be doing
- Prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline.
- Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives.
- Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
What we are looking for
- Candidate based in UTC-8:00 - UTC-6:00 to work with key accounts based in that region.
- 4+ years of enterprise software sales experience in a competitive environment.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technology solutions to large enterprises.
- Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in managing long, consultative sales cycles and building strategic relationships.
- Training in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology solutions, including databases and DevOps.
- Highly driven, competitive, and focused on achieving success in large-scale deals.
- Excellent time management and strategic account planning skills.
- Quick learner with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Passionate about advancing your career in enterprise sales and deepening your knowledge of our products.
